I wanted to take this opportunity to provide a little background on myself.  I am an enthusiastic individual who is highly personable.  Self-driven, I am always looking for my next project and eager to begin something new.  I consider myself a problem solver, being able to think outside the box to provide a solution that may not be obvious to others.  Whether working in teams or independently, I have had success in managing projects and completing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Skills

I have spent my professional career in the hospitality industry specifically with a hotel and amusement park resort. I spent years training in multiple departments throughout the hotel before finding my passion in the Human Resources department. Throughout my years in my current role I have expanded our recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and daily Human Resources functions. I like to challenge myself to continuously learn new approaches to all functions of my position in hopes of benefiting the company and the employees.
